Our self-image determines how we think about ourselves, how we feel and ultimately our behavior. Therefore, a negative self-image quickly leads to painful feelings and suboptimal behavior. In this workshop, you will learn to have a more positive view of yourself by learning to see the good in yourself, celebrate your successes and act in such a way that you can get more out of yourself.

Self-knowledge is an important part of our quality of life. Self-knowledge includes knowing your strengths and weaknesses and how to deal with them. For example, you know how to cooperate with others and learn from your own mistakes. As your self-awareness grows, you can live a healthy and successful life. During the course, therapies from different fields of knowledge are used to get to know your different “selves. This is because an individual consists of multiple subpersonas, just as you have different roles in different environments (employee, friend, son/daughter, etc.).

Setbacks are part of life. Unintentionally, we sometimes make it more difficult for ourselves if we deal with them in a rigid or resistant way. If you want to deal with setbacks from a position of resilience, you need to give yourself space to do so. That requires flexibility. In this additional program, developed from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy*, you learn to deal with different facets of yourself. When, through practice, you become more flexible, more space is created besides the pain in life to focus on the things you really find important. Not because the pain has to go away, but because you can give yourself that space.

This series introduces you to Mindfulness. You will learn about how modern stress, fretting and negative feelings affect your daily life and the powerful response of mindfulness to them. During the meetings we will do exercises and discuss the different themes. Because it is a customized workshop there will be a 1:1 conversation of about 15 min prior to the workshop.

Stress regulation
In this series you will learn what stress is, how it arises and how you can regulate it. This through increased awareness of how stress feels in your body, what triggers are and different techniques that can help regulate stress. Stress can manifest itself in different ways: for example in the form of panic attacks, anxiety, agitation, burn-out, but also in the form of low energy, depressive feelings and not feeling connected to yourself and the world around you. This workshop is suitable in both cases. Even if you alternate between these two variants. The workshop series is experiential: you will learn a lot by experiencing.
