Body-based stress regulation

Nowadays we hardly know what real rest is. We live in an increasingly complex world: we are expected to do everything every day, we spend a lot of time on the Internet and we get a lot of impressions. If we do not have enough time or skills to switch off from the daily hustle and bustle, too much stress builds up in our system. We can then develop all kinds of physical, emotional or psychological symptoms. In this module of the stress regulation workshop, you will learn how to regulate stress by bringing your nervous system into a relaxed state. Experience and body-oriented exercises are central to this workshop. The workshop is taken from home (not office etc.),
