Self-knowledge is an important part of our quality of life. Self-knowledge includes knowing your strengths and weaknesses and how to deal with them. For example, you know how to cooperate with others and learn from your own mistakes. As your self-awareness grows, you can live a healthy and successful life. During the course, therapies from different fields of knowledge are used to get to know your different “selves. This is because an individual consists of multiple subpersonas, just as you have different roles in different environments (employee, friend, son/daughter, etc.).
