Mindfulness customized

This series introduces you to Mindfulness. You will learn about how modern stress, fretting and negative feelings affect your daily life and the powerful response of mindfulness to them. During the meetings we will do exercises and discuss the different themes. Because it is a customized workshop there will be a 1:1 conversation of about 15 min prior to the workshop.
