More flexible living

Setbacks are part of life. Unintentionally, we sometimes make it more difficult for ourselves if we deal with them in a rigid or resistant way. If you want to deal with setbacks from a position of resilience, you need to give yourself space to do so. That requires flexibility. In this additional program, developed from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy*, you learn to deal with different facets of yourself. When, through practice, you become more flexible, more space is created besides the pain in life to focus on the things you really find important. Not because the pain has to go away, but because you can give yourself that space.
